Mark resides in Daytona Beach, FL.  He has judged since 2003 and served as Region IX Chief Judge in 2016 and 2019.  

Professionally, Mark is a Airbus 319/320/321 Captain for Delta Air Lines in DTW.  He holds ATP, CSEL, CSES, PGlider, CFI, CFII, and CFMI certificates and is type rated in the A-320, B-747-4, B-757/767, BA-3100, DC-9, and DO-328.  

Mark holds American Sailing Certifications 101, 103, 104, and 114 and has sailed the South Pacific, Caribbean, Bahamas, Coastal U.S., and Hawaii. He also owns a Cessna Cardinal, which he enjoys flying to see family and friends.
