Taylor resides in Chattanooga, TN.   He competed for Middle Tennessee State University from 1993-1995, has judged since 1996, served as the National SAFECON Chief Judge in 2002 and 2007, and was previously the Region VIII Representative.  

Professionally, Taylor is the Owner, Director of Operations and Check Airman of Crystal Air, Inc.   He holds ATP-ASEL, Commercial AMEL, CFI, CFII, MEI, and Remote Pilot certificates and is type rated in the SF-50, CE-525S, and CE-560XL.  

Taylor enjoys outside activities such as Camping, Backpacking and Fishing.
