Interested in hosting a regional or national SAFECON at your school?  The first step is to contact your Region Rep to discuss your interest.  There are facilities requirements, a screening process, and a timetable to meet in the case of the National SAFECON.  The NIFA Bylaws stipulate that schools interested in hosting a National SAFECON must submit their application not less than 180 days prior to the Annual Business Meeting.  To do this, please contact the Executive Director for more information.

For guidance on setting up a regional or national SAFECON, including a timeline of events, see the following documents:

Regional SAFECON Host Application

To host a Regional SAFECON, submit the following form for review. If there are sections for which you do not know the answer at this time, leave them blank.

Applications will be reviewed and added to the official calendar in the order in which they are received.  Additionally, the Senior Chief Judge has the final approval for each proposed Regional Chief Judge who is typically from a list of active Level 2 judges.  Ask your region rep for the most up-to-date list.
